Planners and Accessories
FREE (limited-time offer) Daily Planner for Body, Mind, and Soul: Do you love planning? Me too! Grab this Daily Planner Starter Kit and find the space you need for healthier habits, more joy, and deeper moments with God.
Body Mind Soul Daily Essentials Planning System: Upgrade to the entire planning system loaded with tips, worksheets, and printables to turn your stressful chaos into planned peace!
Vinyl Sticker Paper: The planning system includes mini motivational lists to print out on regular or sticker paper. I also plan to release more fun stickers for your planner in the future.
Pilot Extra Fine Ballpoint Pens: These are my favorite pens and I’ve tried them all. I have to keep reordering these because my daughter and son-in-law love to steal them…
Premium Printer Paper: Upleveling your paper is a must for the best look and functionality (pen bleed-through…) for your planning pages and worksheets. This 32lb option is perfect and seems to last forever.
Happy Planner BIG Hole Punch: This cute mushroom-style hole punch works with the cover below to create a monthly, weekly, and daily planner with the Body Mind Soul Essentials Planning System!
Planner Covers 8.5×11: These are perfect to enclose my entire planning system and keep your printed-out pages secure. Check out the different colors and combinations. Some even come with discs to hold everything together.
If you choose a cover without the discs included, check out these Planner Discs. I prefer the 1″ which holds 2 years of monthly calendar pages, a couple of months of weekly ones, and various other fun printouts from my planning system. There are other sizes as well depending on your needs.
Mini Clipboards (size A5): I use these for the 1/2 page version of my daily planner included in the system. They are a wonderful size to sit by my laptop throughout the day. If you prefer the larger full-page daily planner, just increase the disc size above to hold it all in one notebook.
Alternatively, you can keep the monthly, weekly, and daily planner pages in different planner covers above. Or just try some 3-ring notebooks to get started. I personally love the products above as they make the system beautiful and create an actual planner that will last for many years to come. However, the possibilities are endless for how you use the system and make it your own!

Books I Love
A Hunger for God by John Piper: Desiring God through Fasting and Praying―”Our appetites dictate the direction of our lives―whether it be the cravings of our stomachs, the passionate desire for possessions or power, or the longings of our spirits for God. But for the Christian, the hunger for anything besides God can be an archenemy, while our hunger for God―and him alone―is the only thing that will bring victory.”
The 40-Day Sugar Fast by Wendy Speake: Where Physical Detox Meets Spiritual Transformation―Anyone who runs to sugar for comfort or a reward, who eats mindlessly or out of boredom, who feels physically and spiritually lethargic, or who struggles with self-control will discover here not only freedom from their cravings but an entirely new appetite for the good things God has for us.
The 40-Day Social Media Fast by Wendy Speake: Exchange Your Online Distractions for Real-Life Devotion―This “screen sabbatical” is designed to help you become fully conscious of your dependence on social media so you can purposefully unplug from screens and plug into real life with the help of a very real God.
The 40-Day Feast by Wendy Speake: Taste and See the Goodness of God’s Word―Whether you’ve read your Bible multiple times, only tasted bits and pieces, or are ready to finally whet your appetite for the first time ever, these forty daily devotionals will help you to taste and see how good and applicable God’s Word is to your daily life.
Take Back Your Time by Christy Wright: The Guilt-Free Guide to Life Balance―Life balance isn’t something you do. It’s something you feel. The great news is you can feel balanced, even in your busy life. In Take Back Your Time, Christy redefines what balance is and reveals the clear path to actually achieve it.
Chasing Perfect by Alisha Ilian: Peace and Purpose in the Exhausting Pursuit of Something Better―Alisha shares how God awakened her heart to prioritize what matters to Him. She’ll help you learn what it means to look beyond each day’s diversions and live in surrender to the Savior.
Write the Word: These are the beautiful journals that inspired the Soul section of my planning system. I love this concept, but I found myself feeling guilty about not having enough time to fill the pages. This led to my very condensed daily version. If you prefer a full page to write your daily verse thoughts, check these out!
Fasting by Jentezen Franklin: Opening the Door to a Deeper, More Intimate, More Powerful Relationship With God―Jentezen Franklin explains the spiritual power of fasting and offers a deeper understanding of God’s plan for fasting and the benefits available to those who participate. The book contains inspiring and practical information that readers need to know in order to access the power of biblical fasting.
The Fast Diet by Dr. Michael Mosley: Lose Weight, Stay Healthy, and Live Longer with the Simple Secret of Intermittent Fasting―A radical new way of thinking—your indispensable guide to simple and effective weight loss, without fuss or the need to endlessly deprive yourself. (Please consult your doctor before starting any new health plan. I learned a lot from this book about intermittent fasting but do not follow the program precisely.)
Win the Day by Mark Batterson: 7 Daily Habits to Help You Stress Less & Accomplish More―As Batterson unpacks each of these daily habits, you’ll see how simple it is to pursue them with focus and dedication—not someday down the road, but now. Transform your perspective of a single day and you’ll discover the potential waiting to be grasped at the beginning of each new sunrise.
How to Keep House While Drowning by KC Davis: A Gentle Approach to Cleaning and Organizing—The secret is to simplify your to-do list and to find creative workarounds that accommodate your limited time and energy. In this book, you’ll learn exactly how to customize your cleaning strategy and rebuild your relationship with your home.
Calm, Cool, and Connected by Arlene Pellicane: 5 Digital Habits for a More Balanced Life―Arlene will walk you through an easy 5-step plan that will help you center your life on Jesus and love others by decluttering your screen time. By introducing a few easy habits into your daily routine, you can transform your relationship with technology and enjoy more time with God and others.
Digital Minimalism by Cal Newport: He shows how digital minimalists are rethinking their relationship to social media, rediscovering the pleasures of the offline world, and reconnecting with their inner selves through regular periods of solitude. He then shares strategies for integrating these practices into your life, starting with a thirty-day “digital declutter” process that has already helped thousands feel less overwhelmed and more in control.
Essential Oils
My free on-demand class will help you learn the basics of essential oils and the easiest way to get started:
Roller Bottles: These are a must-have item for any essential oil user. I’ve tried many other companies and always seem to end up with leaks in my purse, so I now only order my rollers from dōTERRA.
Fractionated Coconut Oil (FCO): I truly believe less is more with essential oils, so I use a lot of this liquidated form of coconut oil for proper dilution. I love dōTERRA’s FCO, but I typically order this larger, cheaper bottle or I just pick it up at my local health food store.
Modern Essentials: A reference guide for learning everything about dōTERRA essential oils and their everyday uses. It has an easy-to-use format to quickly find any information you’re curious about.
The Essential Life: Perfect for beginners and experts, The Essential Life 8th edition is your go-to essential oil guide for any questions you may have about using essential oils! This essential oil guide features an A-Z section for looking up ailments and quickly finding the top five essential oils for that issue.
Kitchen Tools
SodaStream Sparkling Water Maker: I use this to create bubbly water and add my favorite essential oils. The bubbles keep the oils mixed in so much better than flat water. This little machine increases my hydration in a wonderful way.
Vitamix: This powerful blender makes the best smoothies. It can chop up frozen fruits and veggies in an instant. There are a million other ways to utilize this highly-rated tool as well. I will update here as I venture into those.
Blendjet 2: We travel often in our RV. This cordless, economical mini blender makes an amazing on-the-go smoothie or frozen coffee drink!
