For the last Recipe Friday in my journey to healthier eating, I wanted to give some dessert recipes. Finding sugar, flour, wheat, and artificial sweetener free treats is not an easy task. So I actually took to the kitchen myself in search of a tasty and healthy sweet treat. I ended up creating:

- 4 Bananas- chopped and frozen
- 8-10 fresh strawberries
- 8 oz. water
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. You may need to add more water if your blender is struggling.

This was really a treat for me. I have finally lost those agonizing sugar cravings that have haunted me for so long! I drove home from my daughter’s school yesterday with her leftover, almost full cookies-n-cream milkshake sitting next to me. This was an hour car ride and I was not even tempted! There is definitely something to this Food Plan I have embarked on.
