Do you need something new to inspire healthy eating? After struggling for a while with good food choices, I turned to Instagram for help. Check out these 7 accounts and follow them today for recipe ideas and healthy lifestyle inspiration.
1. Greer Rothermel (@fitfoodieg)
I love the look of Greer’s feed. It’s so bright and happy! She shares a variety of yummy foods, fitness encouragement, and healthier options for sweet treats.
2. Live Green Healthy (@livegreenhealthy)
This is the place for a vegetarian lifestyle. I’m dying to try the vegan lentil meatballs posted yesterday! Each of their inspiring images has a list of ingredients and link to the corresponding recipe. I was a vegetarian for many years and although I’m not anymore, I still prefer less meat in my life.
3. Minimalist Baker (@minimalistbaker)
I’ve followed this blog for a while now. They are famous for easy, delicious recipes. Each requires 10 ingredients or less, one bowl for prep, and 30 minutes or less of our time. What a perfect combination!
4. Sarah B., Holistic Nutritionist (@mynewroots)
Sarah is another great person to follow for vegetarian inspiration. She shares a lot of healthy sweet treats which I love. Her feed is also a great reminder for me to get all my fruits and veggies in every day.
5. Mia Syn, MS, RDN (@nutritionbymia)
Mia’s Instagram feed is another bright and happy one that makes me smile as I scroll through it. She shows simple, healthy meal and snack choices, along with some basic nutrition tips.
6. Rachel (@rachlmansfield)
Rachel shares a ton of healthy dessert options! I’m dying to try her paleo chocolate chunk blondies. She reminds me that I can still indulge in dessert every once in a while as long as I’m choosing better ingredients.
7. Sara (@sara.haven)
Sara is a real food enthusiast and one of my favorite people to follow on Instagram. Each of her nutrition packed photos shares simple instructions for any necessary prep work. I’m really hoping to see more of her meals on my dinner table very soon!
These beautiful Instagram feeds filled with healthy foods have not only inspired me to make better choices, but they have shown me some delicious products as well. I’m currently obsessed with Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend on avocado toast. Sara (#7 above) introduced me to this incredible topping.
