I have an insane amount of to be read piles all over my house. After participating in the TBR Pile Challenge last year, I realized accountability in this space helps me actually get through some of these anxiously awaiting books.
I’ve decided not to join the challenge again though. I wanted to choose books from my shelves (and nightstand, floors, desks…) without abiding by any rules. Everything listed this year are actually hard copy books I already own. Next year, I will do a clean off my kindle list.
I hope you will come back each month to check out the review and share what you are reading. The links below will go live as I complete each book. Let’s help each other finally shorten some of those stacks of books we’ve been putting off for way too long.
January: Fasting by Jentezen Franklin
February: Messy Beautiful Love: Hope and Redemption for Real-Life Marriages by Darlene Schacht
March: You’re Already Amazing LifeGrowth Guide by Holley Gerth
April: For The Love by Jen Hatmaker
May-July: Summer Break
August: Fervent by Priscilla Shirer
September: It Was Me All Along by Andie Mitchell
October: Uninvited by Lysa TerKeurst
November: Lose the Clutter, Lose the Weight by Peter Walsh
December: The War of Art: Break Through the Blocks and Win Your Inner Creative Battles by Steven Pressfield
Do you have a to be read pile you’re hoping to get through in 2016? We can do this!
