The Christmas season is here! It’s time to start shopping for our people and sending out our own gift lists. Here are some of my favorite products for body, mind, and soul. I would love to hear your gift ideas in the comment section…
Body
The perfect healthy sweet treat creator: Yonanas Frozen Dessert Maker. I absolutely love mine. It takes bananas and other delicious fruits and transforms them into healthy frozen desserts!
For all of my smoothie and smoothie bowl needs, I use a handy, easy to clean NutriBullet Blender. It comes with multiple containers so I can make different flavors for me and my son at the same time.
Books for the Body:
Three books that have greatly helped me with food issues are Fasting by Jentezen Franklin, The 21-Day Belly Fix by Dr. Tasneem Bhatia, and The Daniel Plan by Pastor Rick Warren, Dr. Daniel Amen, and Dr. Mark Hyman.
You can learn more about my experiences with each of these programs in Choosing God Over Food, 21 Days of True Healing, and Losing Weight with the Daniel Plan.
Mind
Have you tried essential oils yet? These could really fall into the Body, Mind, or Soul categories. I’m placing them here because my emotional wellbeing has been the #1 goal I’ve successfully used oils for so far.
If you’ve been here before, you know mood regulation is one of my biggest struggles. Essential oils have been a game changer for me in this area.*
Learn more in my Essential Oils 101 class. It’s now offered on-demand! Get cozy on the couch and watch it from the comfort of your home.
You will quickly see why they’re the perfect addition to anyone’s gift list, especially yours! These little gems would make great stocking stuffers or go all in and purchase a kit to start using natural solutions for your entire family.
Books for the Mind:
Three of my favorite mind healing books are It Was Me All Along by Andie Mitchell, You’re Already Amazing LifeGrowth Guide by Holley Gerth, and The Tapping Solution by Nick Ortner.
Read more about each of these in How to Stop Turning to Food for Stress Relief, How to Make Peace With Your Unique Wiring, and Tapping Your Way to Stress-Free Living.
Soul
I’m obsessed with the inspirational home decor at Dayspring. There are tons of great choices in encouraging wall art, pillows, coffee mugs… all suitable for any home. Grab a hot cup of tea and shop around:
Bible Journaling Gift Ideas:
There are so many fun products for Bible Journaling. You can find more gift ideas for this soul inspiring craft in my Creative Bible Journaling tutorial. Make sure to check out all the tools to get started with there.
I also adore the Bible Journaling supplies from Dayspring. These are perfect for stocking stuffers, themed gift bags, or a little something for yourself:
Books for the Soul:
Last, but certainly not least, here are three awesome books to soothe the soul: Fervent by Priscilla Shirer, Restless by Jennie Allen, and What Happens When Women Walk in Faith by Lysa TerKeurst (one of her older books but still very relevant today).
Check out my thoughts on each of these uplifting resources in Creating a War Room for Body and Soul, The State of Restlessness, and Walking in Faith.

Trudy
Very nice ideas, Candace. I have never heard of that desert maker. I admire your determination to live healthy in body, mind, and soul. Blessings and hugs!
Candace
Thank you, Trudy. Yonanas is an awesome little machine. My mom asked for one last Christmas so I got myself one too. Healthy living is definitely still a daily struggle for me, but I’m not giving up :). Blessings and hugs to you!
Christine Carter
Ooooh, such great gift ideas!! I would like one of each, please? No? OKay, well if I HAD to choose just one- it would be my favorite girl in the world, Lysa’s book. I loved your review of it, and I am thinking about my women’s group doing it come January…
😉 Thanks so much for sharing these wonderful products, Candace!
Candace
I wish I could send you the entire list of goodies, Chris! That book of Lysa’s is an older one, but I loved it. We did it as an online study with Proverbs 31 Ministries and I got so much out of it. Definitely consider it for your upcoming group.
Linda Stoll
How fun to see the things you love, Candace … I feel like we just went shopping together!
Candace
That would be so fun to spend a day shopping together, Linda :). It was hard to pick my favorite books. That’s a mighty long list!
Akaleistar
The NutriBullet Blender/Mixer is a must 🙂
Candace
I love mine, Akaleistar! I got it for Christmas last year and it is well used.
Jen
What a great list of truly thoughtful gifts. I love my oil diffuser. It goes pretty much around the clock!
Candace
Diffusers are the greatest, Jen! We have a house full of sinus issues right now and the oils shooting through the air are doing wonders for us :).
Ifeoma Samuel
Interesting list of ideas!
How are you Candace? I have not visited in months??
Thank you for checking on me earlier. I appreciate it.
Blessings to you
Candace
Hi Ifeoma! Things are good with me. I hope all is well with you :). It’s always great to see you. Thanks for letting me know about your comment. It was in my spam folder for some reason. Blessings to you!
Lux G.
These are awesome gift ideas. I think I’m going to get all these books for myself. 🙂
Candace
You will love them, Lux :). Reading is my favorite relaxation activity. I have so many books awaiting me!
